Located in Umbria, central Italy, Castello di Solomeo's ethos is based on 'regenerative agriculture', where the focus is on 'doing what is right'; today in the small 5-hectare vineyard and in all elements of production, and especially for the future. The Rosso del Castello di Solomeo is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, all from vines first planted in 2011. The wine is structured, rich and aromatic, with incredible power and freshness.
